Jeffrey Parmentier's passion for DJing began at the age of 15, when he started spinning at disco nights and party cafés. This quickly grew into larger performances in the nightlife scene. As DJ-DJEFF, he won the DJ Contest Award at the well-known music event Meerlive Hoofddorp in 2019 with his performance as a trumpet-playing DJ.

Since then, he has performed at major events (Vier de Lente Festival, King's Day Haarlem), provided entertainment at parties (birthdays, weddings), struck a chord (at funerals, condolence gatherings, and Remembrance Day), recorded videos with celebrities Bram Krikke, Nicolette van Dam, Bas Smit, Emma Heesters, Orgel Joke, Gerard Joling, Jan Smit, Chantal Janzen, Frans Bauer, Milan Knol, Wolter Kroes, and collaborated with Yes R and Sjaak (Trompetisto).
